I've lived at Vienna Park for nearly a year now.
The apartments here are quite old and VERY roach infested. We recently had a problem with our kitchen phone line and it turned out that the number of dead roaches (and feces) in the walls was eating away at the phone line. There are only two ceiling light fixtures in the two bedroom apt and only two functional phone jacks. The number of outlets is completely substandard - for example there is only one in the kitchen. Some apartments here don't even have dishwashers or microwaves. The community's laundry facilities are awful - the laundry rooms constantly locked and it seems no resident has the correct key to them. I find it necessary to use the laundromat next door.
The rental office is uncooperative in the extreme - any dealing with them will likely be a negative one. In addition, the office is often not open during its regular business hours, as the employees routinely decide to open late, close early or leave in the middle of the day. I definitely will not renew my lease at Vienna Park.
That said, our two bedroom apartment is very roomy, and if price is the main concern, you probably won't do any better space wise for the price. And the community is located less than five minutes away from Tysons Corner.
