I've lived in Vienna Park for about a year-and-a-half, and if you can afford anywhere else, you should go there.

Neighbors are unfriendly, and the security guards are useless. They have no problem telling people to turn down the music, but have been unable to prevent my patio furniture from being stolen, stop people from letting their dogs ---- at my front door, or stop my car from being broken into on a Saturday night.

The kitchen is way too small, has little counter space and no dishwasher. If I run my toaster and microwave at the same time, I am guaranteed to trip the circuit breaker.

There are tons of kids around that are completly unsupervised, and I have to sneak my dog out to go to the bathroom, or else he'll be mobbed by 6-year-olds that laugh and jump at it and otherwise terrorize and scare it to death. I've caught children (and adults) looking in through my window to try to see the dog.

The new management is trying to fix things up, but I think it's a lost cause. I will be moving ASAP.
