I would not recommend living in Vienna Park apartments. I do not feel safe walking through the neighborhood at night because of all of the "ghetto" tenants. I have to take pepper spray with me just to take out the trash. Being a woman, walking to my car I get whistled at and "hollered" at 24/7. It isn't too noisy outside but there are a lot of people hanging out in the streets and in the stairwell of buildings at all hours of the night.. spitting, drinking, and talking real loud.

Well, now I know and right now, roaches are my biggest concern. Roaches were there since I moved in. Management offers a free extermination every Thursday so I decided to trust it. But after the 6th or 7th extermination, I lost all hope. There are roaches crawling outside on the stairs, coming out of holes in the walls and floors, sleeping in my bed while I'm at work, in my shower while I'm showering, on my toilet when I have to "go", and crawling all over my clothes in my closet. As soon as the lights go out.. they come out of their hiding places. As soon as I cook something they run to the kitchen for a bite. As soon as I bring company over they just happen to show up so everyone can see... and that's real embarrassing!
...It's not that I'm dirty or anything, my building is just infested with them. I keep clean, don't have clutter, don't make crumbs and get exterminated every week. Management keeps telling me that it's probably my neighbors that have the problem and that there will be a full building extermination.. but it's been about 6 months and that hasn't happened yet. I've just been learning to live and share my apartment with these roaches.
So just give a second thought before you move into Vienna Park apartments because they will charge you for every month left on your lease if you decide to "break the contract".
