I lived in Vienna Park for 5 years. I did not have any problem with roaches whatsoever despite what other reviewers are saying. Maintenance would come and fix/replace work-out things such as toilet seat, locks, etc whenever anything got broken. Old single pane windows were replaced with new double pane windows couple of years ago in the entire complex. Nice settings, a lot of trees, and shade.

I agree, this place has been great to me, especially after new mgmt took over. Yes, I've had roaches but they took care of them and also told me what I can do to keep them away. For the price and location what more can you ask for.
