We lived there for 2 years. The day one started with a nightmare that when I turned on the light of kitchen I saw soooo many bugs running around. The rental office never really fixed the problem for us. Neighbors are most illegal Mexican labors. You can see many dirty working boots lined outside each door. Some apartment was occupied by more than 10 people as I observed. None of them spoke English. They played rudly loud musics and our complaint didn't work.. My car was scratched in the parking lot. People, people, stay away from that village.

bugs.....roaches.....illegal immigrants...--------.....poor everything...everything in this place is way too cheap and yet the rent is
is high....rude non english speaking neighbors....loud music.....no sound proofing.....roaches have dominated this place.....Dont move here...

I too have had problems with neighbors being noisy. I had these neighbors who had no furniture in their apartment and it made them sound as though they weighed over 500lbs when they walked or did anything. They snored at night and we could hear it. It scared the crap outta my son. They would vacuum late at night. They FINALLY MOVED OUT!!!! but now i have other neighbors above me who have a small child that runs around and makes it sound like they live right with us. They have only been living here a few days and I feel like it has been years. I am hoping to find a rental home very soon and move outta this hell hole.

I have problems with roaches. Its a hell living with them. The weekly extermination does nothing. Have been speaking to Dept of Health. Now they want to send a inspector to make a survey on the health standard of the community... Management although nice have not taken this matter seriously, perhaps if the state is involved they will be...
