The bug problem does not just exist with roaches, they also have bed bugs. The building is old, and by putting up fresh paint and roof shingles they think it is up to code. The paint in the bathroom runs down the walls unless you leave the bathroom door open. The vents in the kitchen and the bathroom are inadequate to say the very least. There is mold growing under the paint from them fixing it. They use half ass measures to fix things. That is the bottom line. But the office always looks great.

The neighbors are not all loud and rude, but the few that are make it seem that way. Between the smoking and drinking, and the loud music it will leave you with little to no patience. The apartment people (some of them anyway ) try and help as much as they can legally. The security guys are not all bad there are two who will help and do their job.

There is also no visitor parking.

If you work a lot and are never home, or you can put up with anything and don t mind the creepy crawlies, this place will work. But if not I suggest you look else where.

You are right this is the worst apartment complex ever!!! They have weirdo's walking back and forth all day. They make you afraid to come out. Many bikes and illegals are apart of this community. Have lived in Vienna Park for 6 plus years and it has gone day tremendously. They allow anyone with a dollar dwell hear. Watch yourself!

You people are so stupid. Instead of working with management and telling them when your neighbor has 50 people living in their apartment, you complain that "management does nothing" like you expect them to know everything that is going on all the time everywhere. You are the type of people that would see someone being robbed or something and not want to "get involved" by calling the police, then complain the cops do nothing. Talk with management about your concerns. Complain when your neighbors violate the leese. If you want it nicer, you gotta help. And all those nasty bugs would go with all the nasty people that live there. God people, be PROACTIVE!!!!

wow... i live here, my mom lives here and my brother we all have different apartments and we dont' have bed bugs, so by stating that there are bed bugs here you make it seem as though the entire place is infested, perhaps its you! roaches haven't seen any in my place and as for my family they haven't either! FYI there are visitor parkng passes that you can get from the rental office. i'm baffled that you have lived here for 6 years and you are that unhappy, here something to think about, MOVE OUT! hello there are other places for you to go, why continue to live someone you are just NOT happy! no one is holding you back, right?
