Should be good with a cat - I've lived here a couple of years with my cat and I have had no problems with roaches. Bug city, otherwise ok I am moving out early because I cannot stand the bugs. It is true, they come and spray but there are too many bugs to deal with it. I found out someone I know lived here 15 years ago and it was infested back then too. The staff is nice and the parking is ok for me.

Cockroach City!!! Unbeleievable roach infestation here, If you enjoy roaches in your food, in your bed, and crunching under foot everywhere you step, then this is the place for you.
Otherwise, run screaming in the opposite direction as fast as you can.

Poor Maintenance & Lack Of Services Building leaks like a sinking ship for at least 2 years. Water in your house with any rain. Management is not friendly or responsive. They will not even accept packages. You can forget about parking. Recommend Arcadia as far better pricing, well

Dont come Roaches, they changed the contract from the initial one I signed till the day moved in. Towed visitor car as all the visitor spaces were used on Friday. Dishwasher doesnt work. Electrical outlets will short out your computer!!! Hear next door closing door.
