You can hear neighbors and smell their food Great staff. Nice pool and tennis court. You can hear the neighbours walk and talk clearly. Most times we know what is cooking becuase of strong smells. Since two months we wake up exactly at 5 am because of the new neighbor upstairs. (Newly married?)

Very expensive Old apartments. Leaking walls. Rude staff. They packed a neighbor to a hotel at one hour notice and replaced two walls in their apartment because of some water seepage. Not worth even half the price, especially if you have kids.

Mixed I've lived in 2 different buildings. One had no bugs, the other had bugs since day one and later mice too. It's really hit or miss.

Do not rent an apartment here Before you sign a lease make sure it is exactly what you were expecting. We were tricked into an extra month at the end of the lease. Communication is difficult with the staff. Maintenance has entered the apartment and we were not notified. Other places in the area
