I have lived in arbor trace for 2 years and it has been the worst experience ever. First everyone in the office has the worst attitudes any time you go in there for a question. The apartments are way to small for the amount that they ask you to pay for them and the parking is immpossible if you live in the back four buildings.

This person is very correct. The apartments are way over priced. The person who rented the apartment that I moved in with(his name on the lease) moved and left me there. I moved out because I simply could not afford it. Instead of going after the person on the lease they came after me! Even after I finally filed bankruptcy, they still show on a credit report that I owe them money, even though it was all discharged in bamkruptcy. They are horrible people there!
