Our first apartment was full of crusty dog crap. We wondered why the hallway smelled so bad as we were moving in and our apartment wasn?t as bad but it had a funk to it. Later we found out from a neighbor that the previous owner had a lot of dogs that he didn?t walk, and when they attempted to clean the carpet the carpet cleaners tipped the cleaner over and the poopy water crenched the hallway. As the night went on I cleaned a little and found crusty dog poop on smeared on the doors, under the doors and on the floor boards. There was even a piece in the washing machine!

They offered to reclean but after we complained they moved us. The second apartment we were in filled with cigarette smoke everytime our chain smoking neighbors lit up. They told me I was making it up and told me to go to the neighbors and talk to them...I did and it got worse. We moved out after 4 months. Never Never move in there!

i absolutly agree everytime our neigbors lit up our apartment smelt to and i have a little girl very disturbing. oh and the leaky window sills that filled with mold.
