Horrible Experience - RUN, don't walk away from here

I have lived here for only a short time, (6 months so far) and I have to say that this is by far the worst place I have ever lived. The rent is extremely high compared to other similiar properties of this quality in our area. (about 900 a month) for only a tiny bit more you can live in a truley "luxurious apartment." appliances are old and out dated, ours are rusted. The management "fixed" this by spray painting them. We regularly flood when it rains, the management "fixed" this by putting a brick over the drain in the back door. Mold grows on our carpets and hallways. The tile in our bahroom has no grout, and looks like its falling off the walls. Baseboards are rotten and falling apart. Kitchen and bathroom floors look in worse condition than a public toilet's floors. Electrical outlets are hanging from the walls. Wood trimwork is in horrible condition, broken, falling apart, and in some places missing. Management does nothing to handle these "frivolous" complaints. You are shown a "model" apartment when you lease - not the actual apartment itself until after you sign a lease. Management pulls dirty tricks like giving you only the second page of the "inspections" form so they nor you have an actual copy of all the problems you find when you get to see the real apartment. As soon as my 1 year lease is up and I can move I am. I recommend NOBODY lives here it is a horrible place. Managers are rude, and dont want to help you in any way.
