I have only lived here a short while too, and was at first very pleased with our apartment. That all quickly changed. Utility bils are outrageous. (250 per month for electric in a 900 sq ft apt!) Management is incredibly rude and does nothing to try and help with any complaints.

I have many of the same problems as the RUN DONT WALK AWAY post below, none of which have been resolved.

Funny, all those positive ratings are ANONYMOUS which leads me to believe that they were posted by either the complex or managers here. It sounds like something they would do. All my neighbors agree that this place sucks!!!! 4 have moved from my building in the past 30 days alone, losing their deposits, etc....

Arbor trace screws you and takes your money then tries to find more creative ways to take money from their renters in the process like snoopint through your trash and stuff (Long story) among other things.

The only positive thing I can say is that the maintenance man is very nice and friendly and he does try to fix what he can, but most of the problems here are just beyond simple maintenance.

I tell everybody I know to avoid this place. I wouldnt wish it upon my worst enemy! Take your money somewhere else that might just treat you like a human being.
