Arbor Trace Apartments

Nice Place to Live From: terriec Date posted: 12/30/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I was a bit surprised to see the reviews of this place. I currently live here and I don't agree with most of these others at all. All of the staff I have ever dealt with here is very friendly. Parking is okay, have to have a decal to park, which is nice for the residents so "guests" aren't taking up all of our places. The grounds is very "dog friendly" and have an adequate amount of doggie "dump" stations,always filled with disposal bags, unfortunately some of the tenants have a hard time figuring them out. I am on the bottom floor and have only had the heat on twice for a short time, so I don't know how anyone is paying $200/month for their electric'' I like all of the anemeties they have to offer such as doggie playground, free movie rentals, tanning bed, pool. There is also access to their cappicino machine and their fitness area is 24hr. The hallway is wide in our apartment, could use larger closets, but their is plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen. The built in microwave is nice and powerful.
