Arbor Trace Apartments

A little pricy, but overall nice From: esmy419 Date posted: 2/1/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have lived here for one year. My husband and I will not be renewing our lease, but not because of any problems with the complex, we just need a bigger apartment. If this complex offered larger apartments we probably would leave. The only problem is it is a little pricey for the size. We are moving to a larger place for approximately the same rent. I only hope that the new place is a well taken care of as Arbor Trace. When we moved in we had a new carpet. The appliances weren't brand new, but still nice. We have never had a problem with management or maintenance. We once had a person complain about the radio from our apartment. We weren't home and the radio had malfunctioned and turned on by itself. I went to the office to state my side and they were very nice and understanding with me. The told me not to worry about it at all, since they knew this wasn't the norm. There are nice little perks, like free dvd rental, coffee bar, tanning bed, etc... You pay the higher rent for the perks. Unfortunatly, because of space needs, I have to move to a larger apartment with less perks. Ths place isn't perfect, visitor parking is a pain and I know some of the buildings have problems finding a spot close to their building. I didn't have this problem, luckily. They keep the ground very clean. One week I noticed cigarettes on the grounds outside of my building. I had never noticed this ever before. I spoke to management. The person that keeps the grounds clean was on vacation that week. That was the only time I noticed a problem. I thought that the renters were just getting more thoughtless. They weren't, they were being just as thoughtless as ever, only this week there wasn't someone to clean up after them. I didn't realize until then just how much cleaning up they did after all of us renters. Any issues I ever had were addressed immediatly by management. I'm sorry to move and I have enjoyed my time here at Arbor Trace.
