Arbor Trace Apartments

OK place, but I'm moving on. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/5/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   First off, the management staff here is GREAT. They do a wonderful job, maintaince is excellent...prompt and polite. The community is safe, and I've not heard of/seen any cars broken into. On the flip side, the kitchens are rather dingy and old. The floors are really thin. The "gentleman" who lives above me blasts his music until 3am, and only stops when the cops come. The hallways of the buildings smell baddly. Parking is OK, but get there early on the weekends! I think with a little upgrading and stronger resident screening, this place would be great. Your happiness with this community depends on what you have as top priorities.
