Arbor Trace Apartments

Not Worth Your Time From: rcook Date posted: 4/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   This complex costs way too much for the size of the apartments. The office staff is rude and as useless as can be. The staff complained about the dog barking more than once and made treats to have us removed. However, when I complained about loud parties on the same floor of my building or being threatened in the parking lot by a resident i knew NOTHING WAS DONE. They do not tell you that if you live in a building in the back that you may not be able to park close to your building if you get home late after work. Many times I would have to park three (3) buildings away because there were no spaces close to my building. It was bad enough to live on the third floor with NO elevator, but to walk a long distance also is bad. BUT if you want to PAY EXTRA you can get a reserved parking space......sounds like they want to milk the residents for all they can get from them.
