I have only lived here about a month. When I moved in I was told several things, about pets, utilities etc. BUT as soon as they got me into a 12 month lease they pulled the rug out from underneath me. They told me I could not have my pets, which I have had for several years, because they might bother other residents, even though upon moving in they said it was fine. When I fought them on it they said I could move and lose my deposit but they said it was all "miscommunication". Besides the pet issue, the appliances are all outdated and ugly. They show you the model when you look at the apartment so that you think all the apartments are in equally good condition. The management is rude and the maintenance man is two faced. They only good thing is that the neighbors are all friendly. I dont recommend moving here, they are much better places to live.

This is true as soon as you sign the lease the game will change. It happened to me. Don't let the model or the pet policy fool you.
