Arbor Trace Apartments

Hated it From: vteresa Date posted: 5/10/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   First: They towed my car because it was in my roommates parking spot, even though I had his permission. Second: In March a flea infestation came and it took them 2 months to do anything about it- meanwhile the tenants that did not even have pets had flea bites and could see them jumping around in the carpet. I was on the second floor and my dog and my apartment were infested even though he was on medication. Third: They pretended to re-pave the parking lot, but instead put tar in the cracks and painted (yes, painted) the concrete black. To accomplish this, they towed many, many vehicles to one side of the parking lot or the other. Fourth: They re-did the entire complex's plumbing while everyone was still in their apartments, instead of waiting till after tenants had moved out or before new ones moved in. Consequently, we were forced to move all our furniture and things, including all closets and kitchen cabinets, to one side of the apartment for a week. The workers were very friendly and tidy, however.
