I have lived here for 3 years and recently renewed my lease. There has been a complete overhaul in maintenance staff and office management this year so it was a little rocky for a while but I have seen some nice changes. Maintenance gets done quicker, the office staff seems to care more about issues and act on them other than the guy manager that would promise you the world and then lock himself in his office. I think the new people are doing a better job as far as clearing up any issues reported to them as quickly as they can. One tip I have learned is to email the office. It leaves a paper trail and they respond to you within a few hours. The apartments themselves are getting older and could use newer cabinets and appliances, I can't hear my neighbors unless they are being obnoxious though but at the same time the price is set right for what you get. The area is perfect, the parking is decent, and I feel safe at all times. All in all, I have been happy hear and I would recommend anyone who has a reasonable standard of living to be my new neighbor. :)
