I would not rent here ever. I plan to term my lease at end of lease. Carpets are junk. They cleaned them and about a month later all the stains poped back up. The washer and dryers are pre historic. The floor boards are soft in spots that make you feel like your going to fall through them. The balcony door is poorly assembled and resembles a shed door about 100 years old. The front door doesn't line up right allowing bugs and light and cold air to flow through. The toilets leak and sometimes do not flush. and worst of all, I can vaccum 3 times in a row and keep coming up with excessive hair and sheet rock dust. My 10 mo old son crawls on the carpet and comes up with black stains on his feet and knees. The apartment manager has a very nasty attitude and The apartment will not assist you if for some reason you over paid. Overall this place is a dump. The dumpsters are never maintained and the parking lots are full of gravel and nails from the contractor work which leave many with flat tires. To get any thing replaced you have to jump through hoops and jugle before they fix anything.
