These apartments are definitely not worth the money. As already noted, the stains that were supposedly cleaned magically reappear. Furthermore, don't even try to put in a maintenance call in that they will NEVER get to it. I've had one since september of 06 and it is now march of 07 and have yet to have my shower repaired. They praise the small community, well everything must be broken for me to be that far down the line. I would not recommend this place.
