This place is awful! Ever since I have moved in I have had nothing but problems! My bathroom sink leaks which has never been fixed, my garbage disposal does not work, my closet light does not work, my bedroom light fell from the ceiling, my AC stopped working, and there is a huge bug problem here! I have but in many maintenance calls but they hardly ever show up! I have to call and call many times before they come. As for the bugs, they say they have sprayed for them but I have still not seen any improvements! All the appliances are ancient and this place has not been well taken care of. The dumpstes are located with no street lights. There are homeless people who dig through them at night. Cars are constantly being broken into at night. The staff is very inexperienced and will tell you things you want to hear. They will tell you yes even if it is true or not and then deny saying it later on. This is a terrible place to live and you will have nothing but problems if you rent from them!
