I have lived at Ashbrook Apartments for over 2yrs and it's wonderful. The staff is so caring and enjoyable, I love going over to the office and just talking to them. When I renewed my lease I got a $50 gift certificate to the Cheesecake Factory in Town Center. Speaking of Town Center, were practically neighbors. I sometimes walk to the shopping areas near by which are very convient. I think alot of these bad reviews are coming from people who probably didn't pay their rent on time.

It seems to me that you love living in an APARTMENT just a little too much sweetie! You have no life if you go to the rental office just to talk. How about you get a job like the rest of us who have to work to pay rent for a DUMP of an apartment with major problems they won't fix. I guess they would be nice to you when you've spent over $20K living there. Maybe you should spend more time saving to OWN a home and less time talking mess about those of us who are complaining about the poor management of this community. How about that!!! Have a great day.

Who actually thinks that a good time includes going up to a rental office and chatting with the staff? I agree with "thebreedencompanysuck1", I think they owe you a little more than a $50 gift card for spending almost $25k to live there for two years.
