The apartments were large in size, but older and a little run down. We could hear EVERYTHING that happened in the apartment above us, and I do mean EVERYTHING. For the year we lived there, we had some "odor" that we could not pin-point and I could still smell it on my belongings after I moved out. Maintenance was a little slow when repairs were needed, except for when we moved out and they tried to charge us for bogus repairs. The grounds were clean, but the parking situation was horrible. If you leave to go see a movie on a saturday night, forget about having someplace to park when you get back.
