AUBURN PLACE IS VERY NICE.IT'S SPACIOUS,THE 1BDR HAS 1000 SQ.FT.,QUICK MAINTENENCE RESPONSE,NICE STAFF.THE PROPERTY IS ALWAYS MAINTAINED AND KEPT CLEAN.I'M A CURRENT RESIDENT AND MY ADVICE IS DON'T MOVE INTO A DOWNSTAIRS APARTMENT BECAUSE THE DUCKS FROM THE NEAR BY POND WILL BE "SHITTING" ALL OVER YOUR PATIO. MAKE SURE YOU DON'T LIVE ON THE HOLLAND SIDE NEAR THE CLUB BECUASE YOU WON'T GET ANY SLEEP ON A FRIDAY & SATURDAY NIGHT. AND IF YOUR LOOKING FOR UP TO DATE APPLIANCES,CABINETS,FLOORING,ETC. AUBURN "AIN'T" THE PLACE FOR YOU.
