Not bad, but moving on

I've lived in a 1 bedroom apartment here for the past 2.5 years. I really don't have anything to complain about. I almost never heard my neighbors, but it makes me wonder if they're just really quiet (they do seem like the quiet type.) I was upstairs so this may have helped with the noise. I also didn't really have any bug problems most likely from being upstairs (occasional spider or something, no water bugs or roaches.) The community is very quiet, almost too quiet. All my maintenance issues were taken care of without any problems. I have never had a problem with parking and there are always several open spots nearby.
Now for the not so good things. There is some jet noise, but I think they usually fly during the day and I worked during the day. There were a few times in the evening when I heard them but it wasn't often. The bar was behind my apartment so I heard the music on the weekends but it wasn't anywhere near loud enough to disrupt anything I was doing (including sleeping.) There are a lot of layers of paint on the walls and doors which caused a little sticking and also spots coming off revealing another layer if I had something stuck to the wall. The electrical sockets are upside down and loose so if you try to plug in a large adapter it will probably fall out. And lastly the hot water heater would not make it through a long shower. I've only had a problem with that a few times though and I'm not sure if I had recently done laundry or washed dishes beforehand.
