first of all i would like to say that i was extremely stressed apartment searching. i went from place to place and read review after review. i came across these apartments and actually overlooked them because i didnt like the one bedroom and the reviews were saying the place was roach infested and the people in the leasing office were very rude. i have lived here for 7 months now and the only bugs i have seen are the tiny little pill bugs no bigger than a pen dot on a piece of paper. and i only saw them when my window was open. and i only had two my whole time living here.they also offer pest sprating every thursday if needed. it is also very quiet around here minus the every now and then jet noise you hear but its not bad at all. i go to the leasing office every now and then to pay my water bill and the women in there are both very nice and polite. when i first moved in my washing machine wasnt working and the next day they sent someone out with a brand new one even though the problem was only a flip of the switch in the fuse box.the only bad thing i can say, if you want to call it bad is there is no assigned parking (which i like) so depending on when you get home, usually late at night you may have to park across the street. i completely recommend this place to anyone and remember you cant believe every bad review you read.

haha I KNOW for a fact it wasnt because of a flip of a switch they replaced your washer! There was something more wrong then they are saying...ever hear of something called a BUDGET???? you dont just buy something it has to be approved from the regional manager and they arent going to just buy something new when they can fix it....oh and do u have new cabinets in your 2 bedroom yet???? How abuot how they put NEW cabinets and put the OLD freakin wooden 80's counter tops back on??? Good luck to ya! Why have so many assistant managers come and gone in the past 2 years??? I have brand new cabinets and I do NOT have 80's countertops in my kitchen. I did have a roach problem but the office did have the pest control guy come for a month and now I have none. This place is not a bad place to live.
