From the very beginning of our lease parking has been terrible. Management has always been uncaring, they do not return calls nor their boss. It is very quiet here, you don't hear your neighbors except when the garage door goes up or down BUT not a big deal. One neighbor has a dog that barks from 7AM on and you would think they would invest in a bark collar though. The maintenance people are very rude, talk down upon you when they are working on your apartment. How can you be reprimanded by the Maintenance Man' How does the maintenance man call you an idiot and tell you to read your lease and Management keeps this employee on' Being towed from your own parking space in your own driveway after living here for 1.5 years, this is rediculous, no call backs on this situation either. We love how well the apartments are layed ut, again it is fairly quiet, you never are above or below your neighbor and hear any stomping whatsoever since these are set up like Condos. Very nice set up though the fixtures are pretty cheap. If this apartment complex could get good maintenance people(I do not know if the older man is still here or not who was the problem) get Office managers that actually knew anything and actually responded to your concerns this place would get a 100% recommendation. Also we referred two different couples to live here and they are supposed to pay you a referral check after 60 days after the tenants move in, it was like pulling teeth to get these. They blow it off and when they promise to call next day it is always a week late IF at all. We still have not gotten a call back about the parking situation where my wife's car was actually being towed from out driveway until I called the police . Fix these problems and this place would be GREAT. Stan Rudeseal is the current manager who is leaving, FIGURES. The previous manager Shannon didn't do anything either. We actually renewed our lease as it was easiest to do so until we move out of the area, we regret everyday we didn't just do a month to month lease.

Yes, the old maintenance man is gone, i heard he left about 5 months ago or so. The new maintenance man (The bigger guy) is nice though. Parking had improved, they added a bunch of spaces. The fact that office managers change is just the nature of the beast.

We are moving into this complex. The staff seem nice, the one girl is little too hyperish if you ask me but, still professional. I can see where the parking can be a problem since the driveways are small and if you have a guest come over it's like "where do they park?" I can expect the garage door being loud...who's isn't? I have never seen a maintenance person in the several times we have been to the complex...but I did see someone who might have been a maintenance man...he was a larger man with a striped shirt and it said Ripley Heatwole on it. I am a little weary about the landfill RIGHT behind the complex...what were they thinking? Is the landfill a problem with water or smells? So far we haven't smelled anything.

I am moving to the area from out of town, and this place looks perfect with the layout is this a high crime rate area?

This place is awesome! Beautiful floorplans and it's quiet. Just because the staff doesn't kiss your ass it's a reason to not like your apartment. Just be "normal" and content. Don't ask for sooo much from everyone.
