I was skepticle at first but its not that bad, but granted i will say it depends where you stay, In my buidling there are a couple of older people and two navy families like us. Its pretty quiet we look out for each other, although we dont know each other. My apt was ok, new carpet new toilets etc. The only thing is my stove is old as dirt and the knob kept falling off, but its ok, i like all the space.
