You get what you pay for...which isn't much.

Huge apartments with cheap rent should be a signal to anyone. y husband and i moved here from another state and didn't have much time to find a place. We saw the price and size and thought it couldn't be that bad. I have had seriouse health complications due to the excessive amount of mold and mildew that hides in everywhere you can't see. The ants and terimites are a blast too. The carpet had nasty stains on it when we oved in, when i complained they came and vacuumed it. When i complained again they sent some one to wash it, but the carpet is stained. It is crunchy, I can't walk barefoot on it without getting nauseous. Sice we moved in just about everything has broken. We have had the ceiling leak (we are on the first floor). Our friends who also live here have had thier bathroom flooded when their upstairs neighbor took a shower one evening> Tey called maintenance and an hour later a guy showed up with the uniform shirt thrown over his shoulder. The guy was obviously high and smeeled of weed...and nothing ever got resolved with that, he just looked at the damage and left. Speaking of drugs, several people in our building are drug dealers. They are very open about this. In addition, people who don't even live in our building use the laundry room to smoke thier weed, we have called the cops to no avail. Bottom line, if it looks like it's too good to be true, it probably is.
