I have heard alot about these apartments, but when we moved in, we havent had any problems at all. Where we are, it's pretty quiet and our neighbors are friendly too. When we filled out our discrepancy list, they came out and fixed just about everything on the list (which was alot.)I even stayed home to be sure things got fixed. The people who came out were nice and answered any question I had. So, maybe it does depend on which part of Briarwood you live in.

I can't see anyway possible that your discription is accurate. The ceiling above my shower had an enormous hole above it and it leaked --IN MY SHOWER! I complained for two months! They finally sent someone out and they put painters tape over it and painted it! It bursted (after exploding to the size of a small football)! Their was a bullet hole in the glass portion of the door where the "community" washer and dryer was. The breeze way always smelled like urine and had ghetto teenagers rolling and smoking dope in their. The neighbors were HORRIBLE! LOUD, RUDE, and FIGHTING all the time. I lived in building 714 and someone actually knocked down the lamp post and when I left two months later it was still on the ground. The maintenace people just mowed around it. The apartments offer a lot of space. But unless you want to live in a DIRTY, LOUD, GHETTO, and BUG INFESTED Dump don't live here.
