Very ghetto

When my husband and I signed our lease, we were completely deceived by the beautiful model apartment inside the rental office. We also liked the cheap rent and nice amount of space. When we moved in, we found cigarette butts and even a door stop left in our garbage disposal by maintenance, and our first night here was extremely loud. Every weekend you are lulled to sleep by the comforting sounds of police sirens, arguing drunk people, and helicopters. Other residents have no problem blasting their music at all hours; it gets so loud that I can actually feel it on my feet through the floors. Nevermind if you have a baby trying to sleep or not. Our vertical blinds in front of the sliding glass door have been broken since we moved here. We have called to get them fixed at least 4 times to no avail. You can see in our apartment even when our blinds are closed, and a couple of the blinds keep falling out. We also briefly had a pet, and after we had gotten rid of it and I turned in a letter stating we had gotten rid of it, we continued to receive notices from the office saying we owed pet rent. There is no organization here at all. Do not move here!!!!
