Ok, let me start out with the day I moved in. I went to the apartment and for heavens sake not a thing was cleaned. Looked like a hurricane went thru there. Regfrid... full of stuff, oven full of stuff. I mean bad. The cleaning ladies asked me to come back 3-6 hrs later. My furniture was being delivered sometime between 8am-4pm. Oh the carpet was being cleaned as we spoke. So where the heck is the furniture going to go' Oh we will put it on the porch until the floor dries' Come one now!!!! After about 4:30 p they werent finished but I figured i would go there anyhow... My moving truck was there they werent done. Ok go figure. That is one thing. The next I moved in Aug, in december we had a bad snow storm and the roof leaked thru to the floor. Luckily the carpet was the only thing that was hit. It took them two months to fix the celing they painted over it. The floor still statined till this day in june. My power in the kitchen was down for 3-4 weeks no food in the fridge they blamed it on the electric company. The electric blamed them. Here i am just went shopping just before lost about 200$ in groceries to this day NO REFUND... It took them forever to fix it. The maintanence is very understaffed, the leader (supervisor) nick is good. Just not enough people with all the problems. Depends on where ur apt is located. Luckily i live in a pretty quiet part. But ocasionally a gunshot or two, people fighting, there are house partys everywhere. Let me stop... I would not advise anyone to live here. Its cheap and big that will get you.. dont let it get you.
