I read these and cant help but think, wow prior management must have really screwed these people over. We are new management at briarwood, since 6/20/05. We have made alot of changes and are continuing to change this area for the better. If you want my honest opinion it will take time and alot of help from the residents to get this community back to what we believe is standard, however we are on the fast track. Every day i see more and more smiles and get to view the quality of life improving. I am not the manager just one of the friendly smiles you'll see when you walk into our office. The short of it is i would highly recommend this community to anyone and if it weren't for the fact that i have a vicious breed of dog (i.e. pit pull) i would gladly move here.

The new management company is worse than the old. Under the new management company, they refused to replace my appliances, were rude and repeatdly "did not receive rents payments." I had to provide samples of expired checks from my bank account for 4 months to prove that I paid the rent on time... The apartments may look nicer, but the new management company hasn't improved the service
