Let me just tell you a little bit about my experience of living in the Ghetto. I was new to the area and did not know what I was getting into. First of all the door leading into the hallway had a bullet hole in the window of it. At night there would be gun shots right behind our building. I called the police several times on that one. Kids would always smoke weed in the hallway and the laundry room that was between our apartment and the people across the hall. One night we came home and our livingroom smelled like weed so bad from itleaking through the thin walls and under the door. The next day I call the office about it and they said they would be happy to come install weather stripping under the door. Can you believe that garbage''' The maintenance was horrible. It took forever for them to come fix someting and somethings never got fixed at all. There were times people would be having block parties out in the street. Once we were washing clothes at the laundry mat in front of the apartments when we heard gun shots. A guy come running into the laundry mat after being shot at. Half of our electrical outlets never worked. I left my wife there as I was deployed by the military. I was scared to leave her there in the hood!! While I was away she got us out of there and into a nice apartment.DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS NASTY PLACE!!!
