Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2005
 
I lived at Briarwood for 8 years. I did like it for the most part. However, I found the office staff to be somewhat rude and unyielding. I loved the space and cheap rent but found it noisy and very ghetto. Many times there were unsavory people hanging around and walking thru the complex. Also Great Atlantic Management company was quite mercenary,very difficult to deal with. This place could have been so much better.
