I want to say thumbs up to the management! Ever since the new company came in, they have worked their butts off to make this a better place for everyone to live. I have lived here for a year and a half, and it hasnt been that bad, not like everyone says....

Cheap rent.... BIG place.... one of the biggest in VA Beach.... i have loved the space!!! The apt i am in now is old, and it shows..... but they're making such imporovments!!

When i first moved here.... I was scared to go out past 5pm.... it was winter and dark.... but the new management put practically football stadium lights up, and i feel more comfortable, AND safe.

There is not one person in my building who was ever mean to me... they arent only neighbors, but your friends....

And.... as far as maitenance goes, i think they're doing a wonderful job.... they come out quickly, and are very friendly.

Give the new management a break.... they've opened the pool this summer, they put cute little bullitens on your door and keep you up to date.....

The grounds are kept well.... they removed a lot of shrub, and keep on top of things!

Oh, and the newly renovated apartments are gorgeous.... i am hoping to transfer this summer, and look foward to it.

Funny that this RAVE review is anonymous! I agree that it must be someone in managment writing this above review. The only thing that the new management has done is make cosmetic changes. The new management is worse than the first!
