where to start: 1st off we had a green like 1970's stove that i complained about everyday because it leaked gas and i have a 2 year old son! they would finally come out and say my piolt lights were dirty!! WRONG..it leaked gas so much that it finally put my son in ICU for 5 days!!! It didnt stop there either!! then we had a leake the size of a quater! It got worse and worse as the days rolled by. No one came out! finally after 2 weeks and much calling and water to finally come through the ceiling, they came and poked a whole in it to drain. then they cut the ceiling and wal about half the room, and left it like that with rotten wood and mold in my son's room!! he couldnt even sleep in there!! ewverything was cleared out or pushed against the window! after almost 3 months we had to take legal action for them to finally fix the leake and repair the room!!! oh wait theres more!! then we have had problems with our a/c for 2 years!! they lied and said they replaced our a/c unit and come to find out this summer with a very hot apartment and a electric bill in the 250's it was NEVER replaced!
the office staff is rude and dont care! they only care about getting money and thats it!!!! it's worse now with them then great atlantic!!!!!! not to mention the apartments are over priced for this area!!! i dont care if they are new inside now or not!! you cant take away the shottings in the parking lot at night!!!!sorry!!!
i would never recommend this place to anyone, ever!!!!!! My lease is up in dec. and we are soooo looking forward to moving!!! a box is better then this!!!!

I had the same problems! I had water damage covering my entire living room ceiling and they refused to fix it, and I still had to pay my full rent! What a rip-off! I sent letter after letter requesting service for a MONTH! And I finally had to paint over it myself...but of course because their's more to repairing rain damage than paint...it eventually bled through again. I was so embarrased to have company over! Management just gave me the run-around!
