Not the best apartments

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
I have stayed at the apartment complex for over 3 years and here's what i have found.

1. Rent keeps increasing all the time , looks like the management does not want people to live who pay rent on time .

2. Quality of the apartment is bad

3. Neighbourhood is bad .

4. Keep calling maintanace multiple times before they turn up.

5. Rats and cocroaches might give you some company.
