I'm a current resident, I sit and read all these ratings, half of you have lived here for more than 1 yr. and you have the nerve to complain, if it was so bad then you should have left a long time ago. Don't wait 3 yrs to cry about your bad experiences. Just think what it would cost you if you owned your own home and had a roof leak, or your water heater broke. If you look at any other site for an apartment, it's all the same crys... your only going to hear the bad side, never the good things... its like this in any business as well. I've been her for a while love the improvements and i know the new management is maikng a difference, Rome was not built in a day. It takes time to make a positive change.
