Do these people think renovations should be quiet'! When I first moved here, there were no lights to speak of, hallways were old, playgrounds were awful, and the pool was open. The new management/owner has been working diligently to improve this community. I know that they pay the Va Beach police to patrol our area, and crime is down because of it. My apartment is beautiful, and if I have to be a little inconvenienced for them to continue to make it better, so be it! I agree with the positive review below....Rome was built or fixed in a day...
