has improved from when we first moved in...as far as renovations go...the upkeep however is not what we expected...there is always dog poop everywhere, which i will admit is from careless residents, but the complex should enforce certain rules regarding pets...the water is constantly being shut off...a huge inconvenience...it seems that the only part of this whole complex that seems to be maintained all the time is right by the leasing office...i wonder why''
