My husband and I lived here for almost 6 months because we were told it was a decent neighborhood with mostly military families - WRONG! This neighborhood is very ghetto. One morning when my husband was leaving for work, he walked outside to find that a man had been murdered across the parking lot a few hours ealier. There are always cops sitting in the parking lots and shady people walking around at all hours of the day and night. As for the management of the complex, it's terrible! When we moved out they tried to say we didn't pay our last month's rent (which we have proof we did) and are in the process of trying to SUE us for it! More than once they tried to say we didn't pay our rent on time when in fact the dumb broad in the office forgot to put it in the computer. When we moved in, the ceiling in our kitchen was cracked and leaking because the a/c lines were put in wrong. It took them 3 months to fix the a/c lines and another 2 to fix the ceiling. Parking is a nightmare! My son's babysitter lives there and I risk getting my car towed when I drop him off and pick him up because there are very few spaces for visitor parking and rarely a spot on the street. I wouldn't recommend anyone move to this neighborhood, especially if you have children. I work nearby, so I see just what kind of crazy ass people are in this neighborhood everyday. Take it from me, you don't want to live there!
