We had problems with our ceiling leaking--I've called multiple times to have it fixed, each time assured that it was taken care of (then offer to cover it up with paint). Every time it storms, I have a water drip. None of my dining room outlets work.

The previous tenants left holes in the doors and walls, which were very badly patched over with plaster and painted over. Our bathroom towel rack broke and shattered, cutting my roommates leg.

I don't have a problem with the neighborhood: good location; mainly military; but, there are a lot of people driving by in the early morning with stereos blasting. We've never had a problem with loud neighbors or crime. We've also never had a problem with parking.

The worst part of our experience here is that it was billed as having "energy efficient" appliances. We have a 2-bdrm and our electricity bill is over 120$/mo. The dryer has to be run twice for our clothes to dry. The air filters are a joke--they supply 30-day air filters (but they don't tell you they're only 30-day) to the apartments then change them every 6-mos (allegedly...ours was so bad, my roommate had asthma attacks).

First of all the filters have to be changed by the residents not the property and if you are running A.C then $120.00 dollars for 1200sqft apartment is not bad. Try this if you have to go out of your way to find something to complain about how about not complaining at all. If your roommate had asthma so bad im sure the doctor would have told her how to keep up your home to prevent attacks.

Why does everyone remain anonymous but make horrible complaints. If it's true wouldn't you want to be contacted. Cowards

We complain anonymously because we know that their lame management staff has nothing better to do than troll sites and flame their tennants...you know, instead of fixing things.

The appliances are mostly the same in all apartments here - so if your electric bill is over 120 bucks, that is because of how you are using your stuff. Granted it's now winter time, but my elect. bill is always under 40 dollars...
