I read the reviews of this complex before I moved in but I decided to see it for myself. My dad came with me to visit (I'm old enough to decide for myself, but you know dads), and we both liked it a lot. The staff met my movers who arrived before I did and supervised them when they moved my belongings into my apartment. The apartments themselves are spacious and clean. Maintenance was timely and professional, and everything was fixed on the day I reported the problem. The grounds are well maintained and cleaned every day, and the messes they clean and from the residents who leave garbage all over the place. There is some occasional noise from the neighbors, but it's an apartment and it's never late at night or early in the morning. My neighbors were friendly and considerate, and I was able to have my pets, which I appreciated. In summary, give this place a look. You won't be sorry. It's a great place to live. If my family wasn't joining me, I would still be living there, VERY happily.

I'm happy to hear you liked the place. Everything you stated was pretty much opposite in my experience. Trash all over the place... I was left picking it up daily. The neighbors I had... NOT friendly, very loud. A couple of whom dealt drugs from our building. Numerious cars damaged other parked cars. I just hated the place, I felt like I was living in the hood. I think it's the zip code, because the section of VA Beach that I live at now is so much nicer.

I'm sure I read your review when I was looking at apartments, and I gave it a try anyway. I also now live in a nice house with my family in VAB, but I think it's important for potential renters to get a chance to see the range of experiences people have when living somewhere, don't you? I loved living there, and I want people to know it.
