I have lived here for about two years now and have been very satisified so far. I live on the side closer to the Diamond Springs Condos (between the park and the B-Ball court). During the afternoon there are kids walking around to those two places, but that's about it. The apartments are very spacious and clean. I am in the 1 bedroom with the extended livingroom. It is about 1,000 square feet in area. The kitchen and bathroom are beautiful and there is plenty of storage throughout the apartment. The appliances, including the HE washer and dryer, are all new. The neighbors in my building are very friendly and I very rarely hear them. I have had to call maintnence for a few minor things, which they repaired that day. At least once a week the grounds crew is here taking care of the gardens and such and they do a very nice job. My friends and family are very pleased with the complex as well. I plan to resign my lease again and move into a 2 bedroom apartment.
