I remember checking out this site when I decided to move back to Va Beach and the reviews had me scared to move out here. Thank goodness I didn't let that scare me away! The first thing I did was come out and drive around the neighborhood around midnight to see is there was any chaos. I saw one man walking down the street. I then took the tour and feel in love immediately. The apartments are spacious and updated and far better priced than many other apts I saw. I took the apt..of course..and moved in..now I lived on the end closer to diamond springs directly across the street from the kiddie park..my neighbors were fine..there was one apt in a bldg close by who use to throw small parties..I guess someone clld the cops and it never happened again..but it wasnt a big deal..My neighbors even held my packages if fed ex or ups dropped them off. I always had parking near my building. The only reason I even left the apartments was because I relocated to New Jersey. I would recommend this apartments to anyone
