- The rental office managers will not take ownership for lies you've been told by other manager... yet you still have to pay for their mistake/ misinformation
Website stated some untilities included- we were told water/sewer/trash, & gas for cooking. 2 months later I get a bill from Minlo' I had to eat all but the gas because they included it on my lease and chatting with the ever so friendly manager I signed with out even looking. who knew they were crooks
- do not recommend anyone you love to move out here they will screw you and them happened to me... they will offer you a incentive but you better believe you will not see it my family has paid deposit, 1st months, 2nd, and 3rd month she was lied to paid what she was told then when I inquired about my bonus I was told her acct has to clear first. Mind you she had already signed the lease even though they tried to charge her legal fees and late fees because their employee screwed up
-Duck mess covers the sidewalk, squirrels are in your roof if on the 3rd floor, there is a sinkhole near the handicap parking space which you experience when it rains you fall and hurt yourself... oh yea there are raccoons in the parking lot one grey and the other black w/white face watch out for them at night in the parking lot
-the parking... there is adequate parking alright if you don't mind parking your car on the curb, or being home at certain intervals. Oh they also tow on holidays u know the I scratch your back you scratch mine stuff.
- don't just view the model view your unit before moving in... the picture is not an accurate picture of what you will get... microwave is the original one that has a turn button, not mounted and my building has had a fire or electrical issue from the microwave that would not shut off even though it wasn't physically turned on... OLD
-the free fitness ctr. is a $25 dollar fee for a special key FREE I think not. Oh please ask to see the center and the pool that you will clean out if you don't want to shuffle through the leaves... I clean it out before me and my kids get in
-club house burned down over a year ago, but they will tell you they are about to build the new one early summer... ooopps its July and they haven't even broke ground
