THE MODEL IS IN GREAT SHAPE BUT YOUR APARTMENT WILL LOOK NOTHINGLIKE IT. THEY ARE VERY OLD BUILDING, PAINT IS BAD AND SO IS THE CARPETING. THE APPLIANCES ARE OLD AND OUT OF DATE. I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS APARTMENT UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO BE IN THE REMODELING BUISINESS.
