On the positive side the size is very decent. Now for the negatives, carpet is horrible, refrig small, stove is an antique, windows leak, insulation sucks(very high electric bill), lousy soundproofing between apartments(I live on the bottom and can hear every time the upstairs neighbor takes a step, had to buy air purifiers for every room to combat the mold smell and smells coming through vents from upstairs apartment, insect infestation, terrible walls-they just paint over them and leave all the previous damages and dog poop all over. The model looks nothing like what your actual apartment will look like, if possible request to see your actual apartment or ask other tenants their perspective before you sign a lease. This year has been a living hell for me, I am so uncomfortable in this apartment. The good thing is that I have actually lost some weight because I do not use the stove and most times get turned off by eating in this place. The apartment staff has been very courteous to me every time I made one of many trouble calls, it is not their fault they do not own the complex. Hopefully this information will be of assistance to somebody somewhere. I forgot to add about the water bill. The bill is broken down by the size of your apartment. I would prefer a separate water bill because me and my family are conservative water user.
