I have been extremely pleased living here. I have not had any problems that have not been fixed in an efficient and courteous manner. I find the office staff to be very nice, as well as the maintenace personnel. The only problems that I can think of having are with my fellow renters not living up to their end of the deal and helping to keep up their own little portion of the complex. Most people keep the area outside their doors well kept. There are many children, and it is a family environment. I highly recommend considering Bancroft Hall.
